I read a story yesterday about a killer whale with missing and deformed fins (obviously it was in some highly intellectual broadsheet…) He can’t hunt so rather than leave him behind to die, his pod has been feeding him their kill. This story has made me so emotionwhale (sorry), that I had no choice but to dedicate this post to those lovable, seafaring giants.

Sorry whales, but I’m deducting a point because it’s a particularly situational pun; unless you’re in a conversation about whales already, the other person may whale assume you’re drunkenly over emphasising ‘well’ and miss the hilarity. It definitely works within a meme; perhaps save it on your phone and whip it out during awkward silences?
